Asma' bint Abu Bakr Narrated from:

My mother who was a polytheist (or an idolatress) came to me (from Makkah) at the time of the peace (of Hudaybiyah) with the Quraysh. So, I submitted, 'O Messenger of Allah, my mother has come to me but she is not kind to Islam. May I retain ties of kinship with her?' He said, 'Yes, join ties of relationship with her.' [3]
