Mishkat al-MasabihHadith Number 4962
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ: «وَاللَّهِ لَا يُؤْمِنُ وَاللَّهِ لَا يُؤْمِنُ وَاللَّهِ لَا يُؤْمِنُ» . قِيلَ: مَنْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ: «الَّذِي لَا يَأْمَنُ جَارُهُ بَوَائِقَهُ» . مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ
AbuHurayrah Narrated from:
Allah's Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم said repeatedly, "By Allah, he does not believe! By Allah he does not believe! By Allah, he does not believe!" Someone (of the sahabah رضي الله عنهم) asked, "Who, O Messenger of Allah?" He said, "He from whose mischief his neighbour is not safe." [1]
