وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ: «لَا يَحِلُّ لِمُسْلِمٍ أَنْ يَهْجُرَ أَخَاهُ فَوْقَ ثَلَاثٍ فَمِنْ هَجَرَ فَوْقَ ثَلَاثٍ مَرَّاتٍ كُلُّ ذَلِكَ لَا يَرُدُّ عَلَيْهِ فَقَدْ بَاء بإثمه» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
A'isha Narrated from:
Allah's Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم said, "It is not proper for a Muslim to part ways from another Muslim for more than three days. So, when he meets him, he must offer him salaam three times. If he does not respond even once then he (who fails to give response) shoulders his sin."
