Mishkat al-MasabihHadith Number 5132
وَعَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ: «مِنْ شَرِّ النَّاسِ مَنْزِلَةً عِنْدَ اللَّهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَبْدٌ أَذْهَبَ آخِرَتَهُ بِدُنْيَا غَيْرِهِ» . رَوَاهُ ابْن مَاجَه
Abu Umamah Narrated from:
Allah's Messenger said, "On the day of resurrection, the worst of man rank wise, in the sight of Allah, will be a person who throws away his (prospects of the) hereafter for the sake of (the interests of) the world of someone else." [2]
