Sahih Muslim : 905c
Sahih MuslimHadith Number 905c
Asma' said: I came to 'A'isha when the people were standing (in prayer) and she was also praying. I said: What is this excitement of the people for? And the rest of the hadith was narrated like one, (narrated above). 'Urwa said: Do not say Kasafat-ush-Shamsu, but say Khasafat-ush-Shamsu.

Summary of Sahih Muslim Hadith 905c
This hadith repeats the same report as the previous narration. Asma' came to 'A'isha and saw the people standing in prayer while 'A'isha was also praying. She asked about the state of the people, and the rest was narrated like the earlier hadith about the eclipse prayer. The narration also includes 'Urwa's wording note: do not say Kasafat-ush-Shamsu, but say Khasafat-ush-Shamsu. Because the report is brief, its explanation should stay brief and focused. It confirms the eclipse prayer setting and adds care for the exact wording connected to the solar eclipse. For readers searching for khusuf prayer hadith or eclipse wording in Arabic, this report is especially useful.
What we learn from this hadith
- The narration confirms the same eclipse prayer event.
- It shows Asma' asking 'A'isha about the people standing in prayer.
- It preserves 'Urwa's wording note about Khasafat-ush-Shamsu.
