Muwatta MalikHadith Number 31
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ سُئِلَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ عَنِ الْجَرَادِ، فَقَالَ وَدِدْتُ أَنَّ عِنْدِي، قَفْعَةً نَأْكُلُ مِنْهُ .
`Abdullah bin `Umar Narrated from:
Umar ibn al-Khattab was asked about locusts. He said, 'I would like to have a basket of them, from which we could eat.' "
