Summary of Sunan an-Nasai Hadith 3294
This hadith about the aunt and niece co-wife rule repeats the same clear teaching: a woman should not be taken as a co-wife to her paternal aunt or her maternal aunt. The wording is short, so the meaning should also be kept simple. It names two family relations and gives a direct prohibition about combining them in marriage. A reader should not stretch the text beyond what it says. The hadith is useful for anyone searching for marriage with a woman and her aunt in Islam, because it gives the rule in plain words. The focus is on lawful marriage limits and respect for close family ties.
