Summary of Sunan an-Nasai Hadith 4253
This hadith is a short report about predator hides. Abu Al-Malih narrates from his father that the Prophet forbade the hides of predators. The supplied text grades the narration as Hasan. The central search phrase is prohibition of predator hides in Islam. Because the wording is brief, the explanation should not invent a reason for the prohibition or add a list of animals that the report itself does not name. It also does not specify in this wording whether the hide is used as clothing, bedding, or something else. The safest summary is that the Prophet prohibited predator hides, and the narration stands as a direct teaching on this type of animal skin.
What we learn from this hadith
