أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ، قَالَتْ نَحَرْنَا فَرَسًا عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَكَلْنَاهُ . وَقَالَ قُتَيْبَةُ فِي حَدِيثِهِ فَأَكَلْنَا لَحْمَهُ . خَالَفَهُ عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ .
It was narrated that Asma said: "We slaughtered (Naharna) a horse during the time of Messenger of Allah and ate it." In his hadith Qutaibah (one of the narrators) said: "And we ate its meat." (Sahih ) 'Abdah bin sulaiman contradicted him.
