Summary of Sunan an-Nasai Hadith 5612
This Hadith records a question to Ali. Sa'sa'ah asked him to tell them what the Messenger of Allah had forbidden him. Ali answered that the Prophet forbade him from Ad-Dubba and Al-Hantam. The core topic is drink vessels, because these names refer to containers used in preparing drinks. The narration is short, so the explanation should stay close to it. It does not give a long reason in the text. It simply passes on the prohibition as Ali reported it. For people searching for Ad-Dubba and Al-Hantam hadith, the main takeaway is that some vessels were named in the prohibition, and the report should be handled with care.
