Summary of Sunan an-Nasai Hadith 566
This hadith from Abu Saeed Al-Khudri repeats a clear rule about prayer after Subh and prayer after Asr. He said the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم forbade praying after Subh until the sun had risen, and after Asr until the sun had set. The report is short, but the teaching is easy to apply. It sets two time boundaries. After Subh, the limit ends with sunrise. After Asr, the limit ends with sunset. This hadith fits common searches such as no prayer after Subh, no prayer after Asr, and forbidden times for salah. It reminds the reader that worship should follow the Prophet’s صلى الله عليه وسلم guidance in both action and timing.
What we learn from this hadith
- Do not pray after Subh until the sun has risen.
- Do not pray after Asr until the sun has set.
- The hadith gives two clear prayer-time limits.
- Following the Prophet’s صلى الله عليه وسلم timing is part of prayer discipline.
