حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا حَرْبُ بْنُ شَدَّادٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ بُسْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ جَهَّزَ غَازِيًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَقَدْ غَزَا وَمَنْ خَلَفَ غَازِيًا فِي أَهْلِهِ فَقَدْ غَزَا " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .
Zaid bin Khalid Al-Juhani Narrated from:
The Messenger Of Allah (ﷺ) Said, "Whoever Prepares A Fighter In Allah'S Cause, He Has Participated In A Military Expedition, And Whoever Watches After The Family Of A Fighter, He Has Participated In A Military Expedition." [Abu 'Eisa Said:] This Hadith Is Hasan Sahih.

Summary of Jami at-Tirmidhi Hadith 1631
This Hadith again teaches the value of support in Allah's cause. Zaid bin Khalid Al-Juhani narrated that the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said whoever prepares a fighter in Allah's cause has participated in a military expedition, and whoever watches after the family of a fighter has participated in a military expedition. The wording gives honor to two kinds of help. One is material preparation. The other is care for the family left behind. The Hadith does not treat these acts as small. It shows that sincere support and responsibility can share in reward. It is a strong reminder that service is not always visible, but it is still valued.
