Summary of Jami at-Tirmidhi Hadith 84
This Hadith again relates a similar report from Busrah about wudu after touching the private part. The text keeps the same subject and also includes notes from hadith scholars about this topic. The key point for readers is simple: the report is connected to purification before prayer. It is often searched as Busrah bint Safwan Hadith, wudu after touching private part, and does touching the private part break wudu. Since the translation says it is a similar Hadith, we should not add new details that are not stated here. The report is best understood as part of the same group of narrations in this chapter, where prayer and wudu are closely linked after this action.
What we learn from this hadith
- The narration repeats the same core topic of wudu and prayer.
- It points readers back to the Busrah report on touching the private part.
- The text should not be stretched beyond the similar Hadith it mentions.
- Purification before prayer remains the main lesson.
