Summary of Sahih Bukhari Hadith 4051
This Hadith explains a verse connected to Bani Salama and Bani Haritha. Jabir says that the verse, “When two of your parties almost decided to fall away,” was revealed about them. Yet he did not wish that it had not been revealed, because the verse also says, “But Allah was their Protector.” The core topic is divine help and trust in Allah. The report is balanced: it mentions weakness that almost happened, but it also highlights Allah’s protection. This is why the Hadith is often searched under “Allah was their Protector hadith” and “Bani Salama Bani Haritha hadith.” It teaches that a believer can feel the weight of a hard moment while still being honored by Allah’s care.
