The arrival of Al-Ash’ariyun and the people of Yemen
وَقَالَ أَبُو مُوسَى عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «هُمْ مِنِّي وَأَنَا مِنْهُمْ».

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَخِي، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ ثَوْرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْغَيْثِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " الإِيمَانُ يَمَانٍ، وَالْفِتْنَةُ هَا هُنَا، هَا هُنَا يَطْلُعُ قَرْنُ الشَّيْطَانِ ".
Abu Hurairah Narrated from:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Belief is Yemenite while afflictions appear from there (the east) from where the side of the head of Satan will appear."

This belief is Yemenite hadith is brief and direct. The Prophet said, “Belief is Yemenite,” and then mentioned afflictions appearing from the east, from where the side of Satan’s head would appear.
