حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، بُرَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي جَدِّي أَبُو بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَبِي مُوسَى، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " الْمُؤْمِنُ لِلْمُؤْمِنِ كَالْبُنْيَانِ، يَشُدُّ بَعْضُهُ بَعْضًا ". ثُمَّ شَبَّكَ بَيْنَ أَصَابِعِهِ. وَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم جَالِسًا إِذْ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ يَسْأَلُ أَوْ طَالِبُ حَاجَةٍ أَقْبَلَ عَلَيْنَا بِوَجْهِهِ فَقَالَ " اشْفَعُوا فَلْتُؤْجَرُوا، وَلْيَقْضِ اللَّهُ عَلَى لِسَانِ نَبِيِّهِ مَا شَاءَ ".
Abu Musa Narrated from:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "A believer to another believer is like a building whose different parts enforce each other." The Prophet (ﷺ) then clasped his hands with the fingers interlaced. (At that time) the Prophet (ﷺ) was sitting and a man came and begged or asked for something. The Prophet (ﷺ) faced us and said, "Help and recommend him and you will receive the reward for it, and Allah will bring about what He will through His Prophet's tongue."

Summary of Sahih Bukhari Hadith 6026
This Hadith about believers like a building teaches support between Muslims. The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said that a believer to another believer is like a building, with different parts strengthening each other. He then clasped his fingers together to show the image. When a man came asking for something or seeking help, the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم turned to those present and said to help and recommend him, and that they would receive reward. He also stated that Allah would bring about what He willed through His Prophet's tongue. The Hadith joins a strong image with action: believers should not stand apart when someone is in need.
