Mishkat al-MasabihHadith Number 4642
وَعَنْ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي هَذِهِ الْقِصَّةِ قَالَ: «وَتُغِيثُوا الْمَلْهُوفَ وَتَهْدُوا الضالَّ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد عقيب حَدِيث أبي هُرَيْرَة هَكَذَا وَلم أجدهما فِي «الصَّحِيحَيْنِ»
'Umar Narrated from:
The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said about the same (foregoing) subject 'on the rights of the road), "Get relief to the oppressed and guide those who have lost their way." [1] Abu Dawud reported it after the hadith (4641) of Abu Hurayrah رضى الله عنه but I could not find the two traditions in the two hadith Books.
