Mishkat al-MasabihHadith Number 4789
وَعَن البَراءِ قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَوْمَ قُرَيْظَةَ لِحَسَّانَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ: «اهْجُ الْمُشْرِكِينَ فَإِنَّ جِبْرِيلَ مَعَكَ» وَكَانَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لِحَسَّانَ: «أَجِبْ عَنِّي اللَّهمَّ أيِّدْه بروحِ الْقُدس» . مُتَّفق عَلَيْهِ
Al-Bara Narrated from:
On the day of Qurayzah when it was besieged), the Prophet ﷺ said to (Sayyiduna) Hassan ibn Thabit رضي الله عنه, "Satirize the polytheists. Jibril عليه السلام is with you!" And, indeed, Allah's Messenger ﷺ used to say to Hassan رضي الله عنه (when the infidels satirized him), "Give them a reply on my behalf. O Allah, help him by Jibril (put in words in his mouth)." [2]
