Mishkat al-MasabihHadith Number 4946
وَعَن سعيدِ بْنِ الْعَاصِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: «حقُّ كبيرِ الإِخوَةِ على صَغِيرِهِمْ حَقُّ الْوَالِدِ عَلَى وَلَدِهِ» . رَوَى الْبَيْهَقِيُّ الأحاديثَ الخمسةَ فِي «شعب الْإِيمَان»
Sa'eed ibn Aas Narrated from:
Allah's Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم said, "The right of the elder brother over the younger of them is like the right of the father over his son." [3]
