Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri Narrated from:
Allah's Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم said, "He among you who sees something disapproved (by Shari'ah (divine law)) must change it with his hand (which implies by using force). But, if he is unable (do it with force), then he must do it with his tongue (by citing verses of the Quran and ahadith (tradition) and by reprimanding the doer. But, if he is unable (to use his tongue), then he must do it in his heart (by regarding it as evil and resolving to use force or tongue whenever he gains ability to do so, and by keeping away from the doer). And, that (last course) is the weakest form of faith." [1]
