أَخْبَرَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَمْرٌو، وَذَكَرَ، آخَرَ عَنْ أَبِي الأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُرَاوِحٍ، عَنْ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، أَنَّهُ قَالَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَجِدُ فِيَّ قُوَّةً عَلَى الصِّيَامِ فِي السَّفَرِ فَهَلْ عَلَىَّ جُنَاحٌ قَالَ " هِيَ رُخْصَةٌ مِنَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فَمَنْ أَخَذَ بِهَا فَحَسَنٌ وَمَنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يَصُومَ فَلاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ " .
Hamzah bin 'Amr Narrated from:
It was narrated from Hamzah bin 'Amr that he said to the Messenger of Allah: "I feel able to fast while traveling; is there any sin on me?" He said: "It is a concession from Allah, the mighty and sublime, so whoever accepts it has done well, and whoever wants to fast, there is no sin on him."

Summary of Sunan an-Nasai Hadith 2303
This Hadith explains fasting while traveling with one added detail: it calls not fasting during travel a concession from Allah. Hamzah bin Amr said he felt strong enough to fast on a journey and asked if there was any sin upon him. The Prophet replied that the concession is from Allah, the Mighty and Sublime. Whoever accepts it has done well, and whoever wants to fast has no sin upon him. The Hadith is useful for searches like travel fasting concession and is there sin to fast while traveling. Its message is not harsh. It shows that accepting the concession is good, while fasting for the one who wishes is also not sinful.
