Summary of Sunan an-Nasai Hadith 3707
This narration reports a ruling about Ruqba ownership. It says that the Prophet made the Ruqba belong to the person to whom it was given. The focus is therefore not merely on whether the arrangement exists, but on who receives the property according to this wording. The hadith about Ruqba places the gift with the recipient. It does not describe a later return to the giver, name heirs, or mention a separate exception. Those matters should not be added to this report. The simple lesson is that the stated Ruqba is treated as belonging to the person who received it. When reading other narrations on Ruqba and 'Umra, their wording should be kept separate so that one report is not made to say more than it actually says.
What we learn from this hadith
- The Ruqba is assigned to the person who receives it.
- The narration focuses on ownership rather than extra conditions.
- No return to the giver is stated in this wording.
- Different reports should be read without blending their separate details.
