Mishkat al-MasabihHadith Number 4814
وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: «سِبَابُ الْمُسْلِمِ فُسُوقٌ وَقِتَالُهُ كُفْرٌ» . مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ
Abdullah ibn Mas'ud Narrated from:
Allah's Messenger ﷺ said, "To revile a Muslim is wicked (and sinful) and to kill him is disbelief (meaning, not perfect Islam)." [3]
