Mishkat al-MasabihHadith Number 4905
وَعَن واثلةَ بن الأسقَعِ قَالَ: قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا الْعَصَبِيَّةُ؟ قَالَ: «أَنْ تُعِينَ قَوْمَكَ عَلَى الظُّلْمِ» رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
Wathilah bin Al-Asqa' Narrated from:
I asked, 'O Messenger of Allah, what is al-ashabiyah (partisanship)?' He said, 'It is that you help your people in wrongdoing.' [2]
