أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَنْصُورٌ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ " لاَ هِجْرَةَ وَلَكِنْ جِهَادٌ وَنِيَّةٌ فَإِذَا اسْتُنْفِرْتُمْ فَانْفِرُوا " .
Ibn 'Abbas Narrated from:
The Messenger of Allah said on the Day of the Conquest (of Makkah): "There is no more emigration (Hijrah), rather there is Jihad and intention. When you are called to mobilize (for Jihad) then do so."'

Summary of Sunan an-Nasai Hadith 4170
Ibn Abbas narrates that on the Day of the Conquest, the Messenger of Allah said there was no more Hijrah, but there was Jihad and intention. He also instructed the people to go when they were called to mobilize. This Hadith about no Hijrah after the conquest is short, but its message is direct. One form of migration had ended, yet commitment did not end. Intention remained important, Jihad remained named, and a call to mobilize required a response. The narration joins inward purpose with outward obedience. It does not present intention as a reason to stay inactive when a clear call is made. Instead, intention and response appear together in the same instruction.
