Summary of Jami at-Tirmidhi Hadith 3208
This hadith about truthful delivery of revelation is brief and clear. Aishah said that if the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم had hidden anything from revelation, he would have hidden the verse beginning with Allah’s words about the one on whom Allah had bestowed grace and whom the Prophet had favored. The wording does not add a long story in this narration, so the message should stay focused. It shows that revelation was conveyed, not covered. The hadith is closely connected to searches about Aishah and concealed revelation, Surah Ahzab 33:37, and the Prophet’s honesty in delivering the Qur'an. Its lesson is simple: the Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم delivered what Allah revealed, even when the verse touched a sensitive matter.
What we learn from this hadith

- The verse of Surah Ahzab 33:37 is pointed to as proof in this narration.
